Heidi Trotta has fifteen years managing project design strategies and solutions for the integration of technology and media into the workspace and classroom. She has a strong background in theoretical frameworks, eLearning design and production, multimedia, and emerging technologies. Creative and organized with attention to detail, she looks for ways to encourage collaboration, team building, communication, and customer service. Heidi holds an Ed.M. from Teachers College at Columbia University in Instructional Technology and Media. She also has a Master’s Degree in Adult Education/Instructional Media from Seton Hall and certificates in Advanced Web Design/Web Graphics from Rutgers University.
